Phase 1
Situation Assessment &
Key Question Development
A well-defined question is one half answered. Through strategic consultation, we will partner with your team to develop a clear understanding of the situation and the key strategic question to be answered. This phase may include inputs like historical business reviews, stakeholder mapping & interviews, SWOT development, and identification of external considerations.
Phase 2
Insights Immersion
With a clearly defined strategic question, the client team will undertake a journey, facilitated by Avenir, to immerse in relevant research and knowledge that brings dimension to the challenge and builds a common foundation of understanding across the team. During this phase, the team will participate together in a series of sessions to immerse in key topics like historical financial performance, market segmentation, customer trends, competitive assessments, future forecasts, and any other existing or commissioned research. AI tools will be leveraged to bring external perspective, uncover new insights and simplify work.


Phase 3
Convergence & Visioning
Now that the team has a common foundation of understanding, Avenir will facilitate an AI-driven process of synthesis and convergence that will move the team from individual perspectives to a unified view of the current state and vision of the future. The output will form the framework for strategy development.

Strategy Development
Over the course of a multi-day, in-person work session, the team will come together to build a strategy that moves the organization from the current reality to the envisioned future. These days will include exercises to build team trust, engagement, and commitment to the plan. Along the way, key stakeholders will be engaged for feedback, allowing for real-time input and iteration. The output will include a strategic framework comprised of an aligned purpose, goal, strategic pillars, and key enablers.
